Christmas came early

Well today Christmas came early. Dad had to go out so while out he went and got me a 17" LCD Venturer TV, really nice one. Small remote and the size is just right for my counter. Now that is only one of my Christmas presents this year, the ibook was a combo Birthday/Christmas since I really didn't want much for my B-Day.

Well almost finished with my radiation treatment. Have one on Thursday then the last on the 28th. Dad and I along with Dr. Dowsett, radiologist, already see an improvement.

Well that is about all that has been going on here.

What about those mountain climbers? Tis a shame. At least they did some things right. I figured out which one they first found even before they announced it.

Latest Treatment

Well today at Hartford Hospital went better. Shelley not Cherry is my nurse. She is really sweet. She complimented me on my pink vest saying she had one just like it. Today went alot smoother than the first HH visit.

Dr. Dowsett even said he sees the tumor is smaller. I got for a couple more ending just before New Years Eve. I have another on Monday then the 21st the last being on Dec 28th.

Had stew tonight for supper.

Dad is a choir practice rehearsals now for the Christmas Show this weekend. Friday, twice on Saturday(Afternoon and Evening performances). I am not going, as I have to stay clear of colds, etc.

It looks like we may very well be headed for Salem for Christmas. Dr says it shouldn't be a problem. Hope the weather is good. I really didnt mind today. Sun was out, though colder than last week.

Looking forward to Christmas Specials on TV.
