Another Treatment Day

Today started out like the last few Thursdays. Everything went well. Dr. Dowsett said he'd like to add another treatment. So it is back to Hartford next week, his associate would give us a call if things changed. He also wants to see me in the office as well as having me see my oncologist(s).

On the way home we weent to CVS to pick up a bag of my Ostomy Supplies. Then it was homeward bound.

Had the rest of a chicken breast for lunch.

Watched my soaps, Y&R, B&B, OLTL. I have been watching One Life to Live since As the World Turns went nuts with some of it's storylines like trying to break up Holden and Lily, though today I saw they were on their way back. They were ballroom dancing. I guess Holden enlisted the help of a ballroom dance teacher and everyone thought he was having an affair when all it was is that he wanted to learn how to dance properly, go figure.

One Life to Live is holding it own. Has a storyline in where Todd just got out of prison and a death sentence by the skin of his teeth, literally. He was on the table getting the needle as the ruling came down to stop the execution. Hope they don't do that to Hussein.

We had stew again tonight. I just love leftovers, really!! I think stew is really good the next night.

By now you have heard we have lost another former president. Gerald R. Ford died. I truely think he will go down as one of the greatest presidents in the 20th Century. And as for Betty Ford, she will go down as one of the best First Ladies of the 20th Century. Funeral arrangements have been announced. Sounds like a great send off for a great Statesman.

Well that is all for now.
