State Election Day 2005

Today is Election Day 2005 in most States in the USA. I voted absentee ballot a couple of weeks ago. Dad went this morning. Surprisingly we only got 2 calls today about voting. Usually our phone rings off the hook.

I am not telling how I voted. But most who know me do know what party I am in.

In any case we need someone to do something for this city that is not doing so well. We have one big mall, and our other big mall is almost empty. Just a few shops and businesses. I know what I would do if I were Mayor. I would call up some chain stores and give them ensentive to come to my town. That would give the towns people more jobs.

Oh well, I guess that is a pipe dream.
