Another Day of trashing

I spent most of the morning throwing away underneath my wood desk. I only threw away envelopes of stuff I didn't want anymore. That was about a bag full. Now I only have old book bags of stuff. I will do that over the next month or 2. I just got tired. But I am still patting myself on the back. I did keep an envelope of travel stuff for Boston/Salem Mass. Dad and I want to look through it.

Dad didn't know what to have for supper so he made up a salad of greens and tuna with potato salad and coleslaw on the side. That was really a nice treat. No fuss no muss. No pots or pans to clean and only 2 plates and 2 bowls and 2 knives, 2 forks and 2 spoons to clean. Not bad.

I have a month off from Drs appointments. So we can relax and do as we wish. That is if the rain holds off long enough, lol. Do you know we have had some kind of rain shower whether short or long for the last week!! Today we almost had one but it went either north or south of our town. Still doing my Guiding Light recap at 3 pm Eastern. Have the summer off from Tagging for a friends Yahoo group. I now tag if someone just requests. Or if I decide to do a couple for my own Fotki Album.

Finally saw Nanny McFee the other night. Not a bad movie. Very cute. Loved it as a matter of fact. It was on ABCFAmily for 4 hrs. 2 showings back to back. I didn't mind noght much on other than Army Wives and that repeats episodes a lot.

Not much going on for the 4th here as far as I know. Dad wants to stay close to home. I guess we will watch Boston's 4th and the Capitol's 4th. And have whatever depending on the weather.

Thanks for reading my blog
