My Last Radiation Treatment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woke first at 5:30. Went back to sleep til 6:30. Had toast and milk for breakfast in bed.

Got up dressed and off we went alittle after 9.

When we got there traffic in the parking lot was bedlum. The guy who usually parks are car an gives us a our ticket wasnt there(Hartford Hosp Radiation Center has parking attendants.). Anyway we got in and didn't have to wait to long before the nurse came and got us and we went inside the treatment inner waiting area. Shelley saw us first then Dr. Dowsett and the other 2 assisting him. I do have 2 drs followups coming up. One on Jan 17th and the 22nd. The first with Dr Runowicz Resident and the other with Dr. Dowsett.

We were home by 11. I got undressed, ate yogurt for lunch and watched the rest of The View then turned to C-span for the swearing in of Senate, then House of Reps.(wished I didn't watch the latter. Gag me with a spoon. If I see Polosi so smug one more time I am tempted to wipe it off. That is if there is another face underneath, (hint there, folks.). I have seen so many with facelifts in the past week It reminds me of an old Twilight Zone where there these with Ape like faces and one only looking human.

We had Mom' Macoroni Cassarole for Supper. That is elbo Mac with mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese, cheddar, small can of tomato juice, V8 will do also. Some of you in the family must have this old recipe? Talk about comfort foods!!

Nothing on at all tonight. Amazing as it may seem. Larry King had another James Brown segment with his supposed widdow(??). I thought for sure he'd want to talk about the first woman Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Well in ending I think we are starting off the New Year for me good. For the Nation not so good. Oh well. Them's the breaks. You win some and you loose some.

Good Night and God Bless the United States of America and Our Troops wherever they may be.
