Christmas Weekend 2005
This year's Christmas was pretty much like last year in as far as the people and what I was wearing. Above is one picture taken of me at Christmas time 2004.Now then we had 2 christmas' One with All of the Cooke, Cornell,Smythe family and then the other with just the Cookes and Cornell plus a family friend, Eliza. The Picture below is of the first shindig. You that were there last year and this year will notice the sweater is the same, folks.
Anyway Dad and I left on Saturday for Salem, Mass. We arrived at about 12:45ish and then the rest of the family followed suit.
We sat around and chatted for a bit catching up.
We had Christmas Dinner on Christmas Eve so that we could enjoy Christmas Day without all the hassle of everyone that cooks running around doing so.
that would have been half the people there. My brother cooked turkey(he isa vegatarian?go figure) and all the trimmings.
My niece got a lot of nice toys and clothes. I got a game, hat, tea/coffee mug.
We didnt play Hold EM poker this year. That and the fact we were in Salem, nothing much was different, except the weather. It was beautiful.
Not a cloud in the sky until Sunday night and Monday. And the fact we were another year older and healthier for some of us.
We got home today with rain all the way home.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2006
