Thanksgiving 2005

Welcome. Today is Thanksgiving. It is almost 7pm and I just had a half of a ham sandwich. The ham is a leftover from today's dinner. I know, your thinking Ham?? Have we missed something here? No. Since it was only Dad and myself we thought of something easy and fast. So Dad got a ham steak(thick piece of ham for those who do not know what it is.) and we had rice, and a acorn squash. The one with the green skin. We finished it up in sandwiches. I haven't had such a good ham and mustard sandwich in I don't know when.

It was rainy most of the day. I have on my fleece vest and a turtleneck.

My CBS Soaps were not on even though they didnt even announce they weren't going to be on due to holiday programming. They had the Parade and a movie and then at 4 the football game. Now they could have at least aired one soap in CBS, ABC had theirs on.

Tommorrow Dad said he is laying low. Just going to bring some soda bottles and cans back and then coming home. You all know what tommorrow is?? Shopping Day Horror(Nice way of putting it,haha.). When everyone and their brother is out for Christmas Shopping. BTW for my family members I do not want much. I have what I need, my health!!!!

Lets just see what is on tonight??? Hmm, PBS looks good with Broadway Treasures. Then there is the HIstory Channel with Presidents. I may look at all of it.
