Good Monday

Today I was awake at 7:30 laid back for a half hour and then took my BiPap mask off and called Dad. Had my regular breakfast of tea and toast.  Dad got me up and he went to do errands. I fell asleep in my  chair only to hear him say, "I am back." at around 11:45. He made us both a sandwich with a half of a pickle then after a bit laid me on my tummy. I watched all my soaps, when i diddn't fall asleep  that is. Haha.  We had waffles and bacon for supper.
