Hammonasset Beach State Park

This morning was a good morning. I haven't had a bowel movement since Yesterday morning when I had a good one. So today after lunch Dad and I went to Hammonasset to celebrate. We walked the long boardwalk. It was crowded. Then came home.

For supper we had a grinder.

Now I am sitting here at my computer about to go to a trivia game chat.
