Another Computer Glitch

Well on Father's Day night I was surfing along and all of the sudden computer was acting weird so I decided to restart. When I did and the desktop came up it had changed to original desktop pic, so I check other settings. My wireless was ok. But I had lost all my addresses snail and email. I found an old email list from May on a disk so that is ok. But I need some snail mails of family and close friends. So if you'd be so kind in sending me any snail mail I would appreciate it, please.
