Update on me

Well things are progressing. But slowly. I am doing better. Still pretty much bedridden, but able to get up for supper, and an hour or 2 on my computer. I pick later at night because it is quieter. I can do more.

Next Friday I go and see Music Man. Dad plays the Constable. They had a mantinee today. They have 2 more shows to do. Friday and then next Saturday. Then that is it for the season unless some concert thing comes up.

I have a few more doctor's appointments and a few tests coming up. I will mention later. When I know the results.

I got a nice gift in the mail today from my brother, who was actually sending it to me from Mavis Staples. It ia a nice black beauty case. With the Tonight Show logo on it. She performed on the show recently and I guess was given a couple of gifts. She thought I'd like this case. I do! It is just right for my iBook, after I take 3 things out of it. And use one of those things as an inner case. One of the other 3 things was and eye sleeping mask. You know what female stars of the 40s-90s wore in movies. I think the last one I saw where one in a movie was Shirley MacLaine in Terms of Endearment. Love that movie. "My dress twirled up!" What a line.

Oh well, such is life.

Anyway it is great. Not much on tonight. Watched Larry King repeat. Now just listening to TV. Going to bed soon. Have to get off my butt.
